If your computer meets the above requirements but does not have audio, you may use the text-based version instead, which can be selected from the Accessiblity menu in PORTAL. If you are not sure if your computer meets the above requirements, contact your department computer support staff.
If you are unable to complete the PORTAL training module in a single session, you may return to PORTAL later -you will start at the beginning of the section immediately after the last completed section. Your browser must be set to accept cookies.
If you are running a program such as Norton Firewall, you may encounter problems with PORTAL. Please contact your department computer support staff for help in disabling this software while visiting PORTAL.
If you encounter problems with PORTAL, contact the ADCS Helpline at 612-301-HELP (4357) or just 1-HELP on campus.
It will take approximately 60-105 minutes total to complete the training.
